After such a good reception following the Bondi to Coogee Coastal Walk post, I thought I'd talk about a couple of other Sydney beaches, but located in North Sydney - Manly and Shelley Beach. (Coincidentally, there is also another lovely coastal walk here!)

Manly Beach is a 30-45 minute ferry ride from Circular Quay (near the Opera House).

Bondi to Coogee Beach Coastal Walk, Sydney, Australia

One of the top things listed on Sydney's TripAdvisor is the Bondi to Coogee or Bondi to Bronte Coastal Walk. So it was reasonable to add it to our ever-growing itinerary. And we were so so glad we did.

We opted for the slightly longer Bondi to Coogee walk but started it in Coogee - making our way to Bondi. I would highly recommend doing it this way round. This means you avoid the crowds of people in Bondi and have a slightly different experience.

Sydney Royal Botanic Gardens + Mrs Macquarie's Chair + Australian Museum, Australia

Slightly less jetlagged than before, we planned our next day around visiting both the Australian Museum and the Royal Botanic Gardens.

There's something about a lush garden that lures my family in, so the infamous Royal Botanic Gardens was high on our list - and we're very glad we did!
