Afternoon tea holds a very dear place in my heart, mainly because any excuse to eat scones and cake and teeny tiny sandwiches is always a win in my books and when you add free-flowing champagne, I'm there.

The Cloud23 at the Hilton in Manchester is probably one of the most stunning locations to binge on scones and bottomless hot chocolate. With views across the city, it's worth settling down for a good hour or two (as you'll need that long to eat all the cake!).

I was lucky enough to be invited to try the Free-Flowing Champagne Afternoon tea as part of Bookatable's Free-Flowing Deals which is ideal for all y'all who are ready to eat (or drink....).

The whole experience was wonderful - we started with a choice of hot drinks (bottomless hot chocolate, tea or coffee) and of course the mandatory glass of champagne. And then the food.

Arranged beautifully on a stand was a selection of savoury sandwiches, slices of cakes and of course the very necessary fruit scones and clotted cream. The spread was so extensive that I'd highly recommend not eating all day, as trust me - you won't have room for dinner, let alone finishing what's before you!

The whole experience was wonderful. The bottomless champagne lasts for 90 minutes (which is honestly more than enough!) and I would highly recommend booking your free-flowing deal of choice

Have you ever been out for free-flowing champagne?

This post is NOT sponsored, however, I was invited to experience this free of charge for review purposes. All opinions are honest and remain completely my own.
