Getting Lippy

With this seasons colours of oxblood and cream, what is more appropriate than a dash of red lipstick to warm those quintessentially darker outfits? 

Finding brightly coloured clothes becomes increasingly more difficult as the temperature drops and the perfect way to add a little colour aside from accessories is through the lips. Whilst many typically opt for both a smokey eye and red lipstick, I would err away from this trend as it really does become far too vampy and inevitably counters the intended bright effect.

I own three different red lipsticks ranging from the blue to orange spectrum and now that I have the opportunity to wear darker colours without melting, I know that I shall be wearing more colourful lips.
