Getting Freshly Washed "Messy Hair

I almost always suffer from a conundrum as I really love textured, beachy messy hair but hate the feeling of product in my hair and unfortunately, I am not Gigi Hadid so don't wake up with beach babe hair. It's a tough life.

But once I'm done with washing my hair and have blow dried and straightened it to get rid of that curly hair frizz, I reach for several products depending on how I'm feeling and what vibe I'm going for.

If I'm just heading to University or want a fairly low maintenance hair look (that I can still run my fingers through), I'm obsessed with the Tresemme Perfectly Undone Dry Texturising Spray which is by far the best texturising spray from the drugstore (we're talking £5) and it was amazing. I just spray it all over and rub it in and voila. Easy as one, two, three.

But if my hair is a lil bit on the greasy side, I find the Tresemme Instant Refresh Dry Shampoo is incredible (SO much better than Batiste). What I adore, is that it doesn't itch and it doesn't feel like I have product in my hair. It does what it says on the tin and doesn't leave too much of a white residue. Plus it's cheap as chips.

But if I'm going out and want a style to stick, I reach for my Joico Texturising Spray which I don't believe you can get in the shops but is an online or hairdresser only product. I love it. It really gives your hair that messy look that I strive for but also adds a bit of hold so you also end up with brilliant volume which of course, is a priority.
