Taking the Plunge

I'm not going to lie, the main reason I've never moved platforms from blogger was sheer laziness. The thought of having to move over four years worth of posts was something I was quite frankly unprepared to do and unprepared to pay someone to do. 

But at midnight a couple of days ago, I took the plunge and paid for a Squarspace site. (And quite frankly, had I not done it at midnight, I was unlikely to do it otherwise. But oh boy am I glad I did.

So say hello to the new face of Life of Ellie Grace. For years I've been wanting to branch out, go a little bit more editorial - almost like an online magazine and unfortunately my blogger layout just wasn't cutting it. Plus, it annoyed me that I wasn't able to just change things myself. But squarespace is unbelievably easy to use and gives the exact look I was wanting (also, it's different to the blogs out there).
